Let’s face it. Most people do not have the ability to graduate near the top of their high school class. This is more difficult when that high school is a private preparatory school. Even fewer could gain entrance to Harvard University. Fewer still could graduate at the top of their medical school class. Even fewer could graduate from an integrated plastic surgery residency. And only one in the country graduates from Harvard Medical School as the Cosmetic Plastic Surgery Fellow. If it is not obvious, let us just say what is obvious. This is the top of the intellectual pyramid. An equation that would perplex the vast majority of the population can be solved in seconds by this individual. Chemistry and physics problems that look like hieroglyphs to everyone else are solved in a flash. Elements of education others find tortuous are child’s play. So then why the scrutiny as no one else could possibly compete intellectually? The answer is because society and certain individuals feel that there are no repercussions for their nonsense or criticism. The truth is that knowledge and facts and logic win any argument. Everything else is emotion and nonsense.
